Who is responsible

What we store

Your email address, the time you signed up, the consent text you agreed to, your share code, who referred you (if anyone), campaign parameters from the link you used (utm_*, e.g. which post it came from), when you opened the page, the country reported by our hosting provider, and a salted hash of your IP address used only to stop automated sign-ups.

Why

To email you when Maillama launches and about early access (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — your consent). Nothing else; we don't sell or share your data.

Where

On Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages and D1 database) as our processor.

How long

Until launch plus 12 months, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.

Your rights
